Community Historian Brendan Matthews will take you on a Walking Tour of Georgian Drogheda. Starting at St Peters Church of Ireland, Peter Street Drogheda at 11.15 am and taking around 1 hour 15 minutes to complete. Drogheda has one of the most complete and atmospheric examples of Georgian architecture in Ireland. Hear some fascinating, intriguing & significant Tales of 18th & 19th century Drogheda; of those who developed the town and the lives of the ordinary townsfolk who resided within it. A Walk n Talk is not to be missed. Places are limited to 30 persons. Tickets cost €10 each and must be booked in advance.
