<p>All fitness levels welcome.</p>
<p>Poles provided.</p>
<p>Walking with a group of fabulous people each week.</p>

<p>Introduction Class –</p>
<p>– Dominic’s Park, Drogheda, Co Louth</p>
<p>– Saturday 11th May, 9am to 10.30am</p>
<p>– The cost is €35.</p>
<p>– After that, each weekly walk is €7</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity to learn the Technique of Nordic Walking. The Introduction to Nordic walking class must be attended before embarking on any intermediate Nordic Walks.</p>
