Discover the wonders of walking with poles in this informative Nordic Walking Class. Walk in nature while engaging in one of the most pleasurable forms of exercise.


Join us for invigorating 1-hour walks in Drogheda and Navan, designed to enhance your fitness level or kickstart your fitness journey.

Additionally, longer walks are available on weekends.

From leisurely beginner’s pace to intense cardio workouts, there is a wide range of options to suit all.


However, please note that completion of the “Introduction to Nordic walking class” at the Lourdes Stadium, Drogheda must be attended before participating in any of the walks.


Nordic walking is a transformative skill that used 90% of your muscles, providing an exceptional upper body workout. Unlike trekking, it involves a unique technique of using the poles to propel yourself forward. Enjoy weekly workouts and weekend walks in various picturesque locations, including stunning beaches, scenic countryside, and a great workout for all fitness levels at the Lourdes stadium track.


Introduction to Nordic Walking Class: Designed for beginners.

Date: Saturday, 16th March.

Time: 2 pm – 3.30pm

Cost: €35

Location: Lourdes Stadium, Drogheda.


Lots of parking available and toilets on site.

All walking poles will be provided.
