OUTDOOR MINDFULNESS SESSION
A rare opportunity to fully immerse, relax and connect to the private landscape of Rosemount Gardens, located alongside an enchanted riverscape with kind permission from the landowners.
This area of the Boyne Valley is rich in natural features and boasts 10km of private riverscape which is unspoilt and rich in wildlife.
These mindfulness sessions are run in a warm and friendly group setting, guided by Lisa Kennedy, an accredited Breathworks teacher and local forest bathing guide.
You will be given an introduction to what mindfulness is, how it is practiced, and guided through some short practices.
Following a tea break, we will embark on a complimentary mindful walk and forest bathing ( Shinrin-Yoku) experience.
Rosemount Gardens are a member of the Boyne Valley garden trails.

Private Parking- gates open at 9.30 am with sessions starting at 10 am sharp with a finish at 2 pm.
Gates locked once session begins.
Limited to 16 Participants .
This session is held, under the safe canopy of a Scandinavian tipi, a wonderful community space that allows for sitting indoors and outdoors simultaneously
