<p style="text-align: left">Join this Nordic Walking workshop and learn how to turn a simple walk into a full-body cardio workout using Nordic walking poles.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">During this session you will learn:</p>
<ul style="text-align: left">
<li>The correct Nordic walking technique</li>
<li>How to use poles to create a high-cardio workout while walking</li>
<li>How Nordic walking engages the upper body and core</li>
<li>How to adjust your walking style for fitness training or longer treks</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: left">Nordic walking is suitable for all fitness levels – from very fit to those just getting started. Once you learn the technique, you can use it to walk at a pace that suits your own fitness.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">We’ll start on the track at Lourdes Stadium to work on technique and pole use. After that, you can practice walking at your own pace while applying the technique. Parking and toilets available on site</p>
<p style="text-align: left">This session will show you how to get the most out of your poles, whether you want to use them for short full-body workouts or longer walks and treks.</p>
